Seus livros posteriores são melhores mas já se sente em nível embrionário aquele seu peculiar senso de humor, nos apresentando seus tipos. Nesse caso alunos de uma espécie de escola da elite britânica. A trama gira em torno do roubo de dois troféus esportivos e acompanharemos a busca pelo culpado e pelas taças. Não existe um personagem central, os capítulos vão se focando nos vários alunos dessa instituição que corre o risco de ter sua reputação arranhada.
Funciona mais para fãs do autor ou que conheçam alguns de seus livros mais famosos já que a história é bem simples e sem grandes acontecimentos ou reviravoltas.
