O livro é o meu predileto da série e eu tenho estrelinhas nos olhos enquanto escrevo. Ele se passa muitos anos mais tarde e conta a história do Seth, agora maduro, mas ainda muito ligado a seus irmãos de coração. Ele acaba de voltar da Europa e pretende se estabelecer de vez em Chesapeake Bay, principalmente depois de conhecer uma recém-chegada à pequena costa que desperta sentimentos nele que nenhuma outra tinha feito até então.

Tudo parecia se encaixar, mas... Não. Havia uma pequena brecha em sua vida que Seth não estivera disposto a compartilhar com ninguém durante muitos anos. Brecha esta que o impedia de seguir em frente totalmente como queria. Brecha que, mesmo após anos de bonança, buscava formar uma nova tempestade.

Os irmãos precisam mais uma vez mostrar que nem o tempo, nem a distância, nem o cansaço os impediria de batalhar quantas vezes fosse o necessário pelo ideal mais importante de suas vidas: a família.
