The first time I read Phyllis Schlafly's original version of "A Choice Not An Echo" was in 1964 when I was in 6th grade and Barry Goldwater was running for president. Shaking hands with Senator Goldwater at O'Hare International Airport just prior to the November election coupled with reading Mrs. Schlafly's book lit a flame within me to learn more about the ruling elite and how to combat their Orwellian New World Order. Clearly, her book was a real eye opener concering how politics and the world really worked then as it is now. Reading her initial edition 50 years ago motivated me to read literally hundreds of books concerning politics, economics and history since. The updated and expanded 50th Aniversary Edition is without question a "masterpiece"! God Bless you Phyllis! Professor George W. Hoeltje, P. E.
