Phasma é um livro de origem. A história se passa num período indeterminado antes de The Force Awakens, com uma espiã da Resistência contando o que descobriu sobre o passado da temida Capitã Phasma ao seu adversário na Primeira Ordem, o stormtrooper vermelho, Cardinal.

A história da Phasma é brutal e cruel, assim como o seu planeta natal, um mundo pós-apocalíptico em que os poucos sobreviventes são obrigados a lutar entre si e os perigos do planeta para sobreviver.

A autora consegue com sucesso construir uma personalidade para a Capitã, algo que eu pessoalmente senti falta na sua primeira aparição em The Force Awakens, e me fez passar a amar o personagem.

É uma história cheia de ação, alguns momentos bem surpreendentes e contém mais informações sobre a Primeira Ordem e seus stormtroopers.
