ENGLISH: The disclosure of information on human resources refers to the concern of companies about their staff. However, this divulgation does not occur homogeneously, because there are no elements which require the execution of this type of information. Aware of this, this book determined, as its general objective: analyzing the level of the information disclosure on human resources that was expressed in the management reports of the companies listed in the IBrX-100, identifying the aspects that influence their elucidation. This way, this book brings a discussion about the dissemination of information on human resources through companies, observing how these disclosures are made, and understanding the reasons that can lead to such disclosure. To carry out the study, the book studies the periods of 2009 to 2013, with a sample of 83 companies. The data were collected from the management reports, the site of BMF&BOVESPA and Economatica®. We hope to contribute with the knowledge of the Accounting and Administrative sciences, our target audience.

PORTUGUÊS: A divulgação de informações sobre recursos humanos refere-se à preocupação das empresas sobre seus funcionários. No entanto, esta divulgação não ocorre de forma homogênea, porque não há elementos que exijam a execução deste tipo de informação. Consciente disso, este livro determinou, como seu objetivo geral: analisar o nível de divulgação de informações sobre recursos humanos que foi expresso nos relatórios de gerenciamento das empresas listadas no IBrX-100, identificando os aspectos que influenciam sua elucidação. Desta forma, este livro traz uma discussão sobre a divulgação de informações sobre recursos humanos através das empresas, observando como essas divulgações são feitas e compreendendo os motivos que podem levar a tal divulgação. Para realizar o estudo, o livro estuda os períodos de 2009 a 2013, com uma amostra de 83 empresas. Os dados foram coletados dos relatórios de gerenciamento, o site da BMF e BOVESPA e Economatica®. Esperamos contribuir com o conhecimento das Ciências Contábeis e Administrativas, nosso público-alvo.
