GUY DELISLE nasceu em Quebec, no Canadá, em 1966. Estudou animação em Toronto e trabalhou em vários estúdios espalhados pelo globo: Canadá, França, Alemanha, China e Coreia do Norte. Foi durante seu trabalho na Ásia que ele escreveu, e posteriormente desenhou, seus diários de viagem narrando suas experiências e aventuras na China, Coreia do Norte e Myanmar (Birmânia): SHENZHEN, PYONGYANG e CRÔNICAS BIRMANESAS. Atualmente dedica-se às histórias em quadrinhos e vive no sul da França com sua mulher e seus filhos.
