A narrativa que se desenrola tem potencial, especialmente na construção de um universo. A idéia de imortais com dona especiais e a dinâmica de Guardiões e Aprendizes são lentos que prendem a atenção. Mas, os costumes modernos entre as pessoas no meio de uma comunidade, estrada a realidade. Como a sexualidade sem o interesse verdadeiro na pessoa e simplesmente como "diversão".

Essas últimas partes citadas, estragaram totalmente a minha leitura e a crescente paixão que tive pelo personagem Justus só aumentou pelo seu jeito de ser rude e conservado - as vezes.
