Como queria esse livro! Desejei ter um como se fosse criança outra vez e estivesse diante daqueles brigadeiros enormes da padaria do bairro ( meu fraco por toda a vida)...

É isto que Nigella Express faz com a gente. Receitas interessantes e facilmente adaptáveis para nossos ingredientes brasileiros, fotos que podem me fazer jurar que tem sabor (!!!) e aquela conversa envolvente e despretensiosa da Nigella para as cozinheiras experimentais - como eu - que não tem pudor de dizer que são intimas do fogão, da panela e de uma manteiga envolvendo umas batatas assadas, salpicadas com tomilho....
