Set of 3 volumes comprising a selected part of the photographic legacy of photographer De Barros, a pioneer of abstract photography in Brazil and one of the founders of the Ruptura concrete art movement. The volume titled "Fotoformas" is a facsimile version of the book first published for the occasion of the exhibition "Geraldo de Barros, Fotografo" held at the Museu da Imagem do Som (Sao Paulo) originally shown in a retrospective exhibition titled "Geraldo de Barros, Peintre et Photographe" in the Musee de l'Elysee (Lausanne, 1993) presenting 100 photographs shoot between 1946 and 1951. The other volume title "Sobras" contains collages and photomontages created the last period of his life. Includes a brochure with an English translation titled "Collection of Essays on Geraldo de Barros" by Pietro Maria Bardi.
