Resenha: One-Eyed Royals

A qualidade da escrita da Kingsbridge continua a me surpreender. One-Eyed Royals tem tanta representatividade e eu amo aaaamo todos os personagens e o quão complexos eles são. Eu levei vários tapas na cara de tanta emoção que cada capítulo tem.

O Levi e o Dominic são ótimos, mas estão em lugares muito diferentes nesse livro. Eles terminaram e estão lutanto contra seus próprios conflitos internos. Eu gostei bastante de como a Kingsbridge escreve as interações deles pós-término e como isso é trabalhado ao longo do livro.

A história aqui fica um pouco muito dramática pra mim, principalmente lá pelo final. O mistério e as mortes são bem escritas, mas as duas últimas cenas do Sos foram um pouco Demais. Eu sempre gostei do quão realista essa série de ficcção consegue ser e isso quebrou a minha imersão na história.
