Muito drama de fanfic

Eu gosto de um romance clichê, um enemies to lovers e tudo mais, mas essa autora quis colocar muita informação em 170 páginas e simplesmente cagou com o livro.
Nos dois livros que eu li, percebi que a Anne gosta de drama, mas aquele drama sem nexo sabe?
Os personagens são muito emocionados, tipo na segunda-feira eles se odeiam, na terça eles passam 1 hora juntos e na quinta já não podem mais viver sem o outro. Não tem um bom desenvolvimento, e eu acho que isso é porque a autora quis dar palco para problemas com a família, psicológicos e afins.
Se ela tivesse feito um livro maior, com certeza daria pra dar um bom desenvolvimento no romance e conseguir abordar todos esses problemas fora do casal principal.
