Eu tinha tudo para amar esse livro.

Sou o tipo de pessoa que adora histórias de terror e literatura ergódica (aqueles livros que te obrigam a analisar o texto para encontrar pistas do que realmente está acontecendo).

O problema é que esse livro foi muito entediante…

Eu só não desisti da leitura porque fiquei curiosa para saber como a história se amarraria e não encontrei ninguém que tivesse postado um resuminho com spoilers do livro kkkkkkkk. Ainda assim, não acho que tenha valido a pena. São MUITAS pontas soltas e nenhuma é no estilo que eu gosto - com pistas que possibilitem teorias ao longo da história.

Os personagens eram insuportáveis e só consegui me importar por uma moça (Mel). E o pior de tudo é que tinha muito potencial, porque é um grupo de adolescentes bastante diverso, com representatividade LGBT, pessoas com deficiência e vários tipos de interações familiares e de amizades.

As descrições de terror eram confusas demais, tudo parecia um sonho. Entendo que isso seja um estilo artístico, mas chegou um ponto em que eu não conseguia acompanhar a história de tão sem pé nem cabeça que ela se tornou.

No fim do livro só fiquei com vontade de ter desistido da leitura… Não recomendo 😪
