It felt like my 13-year-old's memories came back

It was as if the memories of 13-year-old Juliana came back when I read this book. I sow a little of myself in every girl in this book, with her dramas and problems that seem pretty big when you are at this age. I think if no-drama people read this book, they would probably think it was too dramatic, but who's not at thirteen/fifteen?
But beyond the "dramas", there are real problems. I understand that if the writer was deeply in these problems, the book became dark, but I miss that, and I would like, for example, Olivia to have more space in the story .
