A violência do oprimido

Fiquei maravilhada com o estilo de W S . A maneira mansa e poética de narrar esta história de opressão, violencia e sofrimentos humanos. Confesso que cheguei a sentir uma leve falta de ar ao terminar a leitura. Mas, o autor me conquistou para sempre. Pretendo ler seus outros livros. Quanto a estas confissões, acho que como leitora cumpri o desejo de WS de meditar sobre a história. Assisti a vários videos sobre o assunto, li ensaios históricos e mais que tudo como ser humano conversei com outras pessoas sobre o livro. Assisti um vídeo que questionava se um homem branco do sul podia falar sobre um momento tão importante da história afro americana. E claro que a resposta é sim, todos podemos falar sobre tudo, desde que o façamos com conhecimento e responsabilidade. E me lembrei muito de Jacob Gorender, e seu livro "Combate nas trevas" especificamente do capítulo "A violência do oprimido".
