Eu acho estranho como o relacionamento desse casal é esquecido ou desconhecido do público sobre a História da realeza britânica,como diz o título "escandaloso" pra época , afinal a maioria das casas reais européias são descendentes deles, além dos Tudor.Ja tinha lido Katherine da Anya Seton que é bem romanceado e ficcional e o livro da Alison Weir que mais baseado em pesquisa e dados históricos,esse livro foi o que mais conseguiu balancear fatos reais e ficção sobre a Katherine Swynford e John of Gaunt,o que me agradou.Uma curiosidade Geoffrey Chaucer era casado com a irmã da Katherine.
