sentimentos mistos

a maneira que a autora cria a ambientação e descreve as coisas (principalmente as comidas) é incrível, imersivo e muito aconchegante. mas nos acontecimentos, atitudes e decisões da protagonista ela pecou muito. a Livvy toma decisões imaturas, impulsivas e burras durante o livro inteiro, o que é muito frustrante pro leitor. além disso, o romance é péssimo. a Livvy age como se o Martin fosse o amor da vida dela sendo que eles mal se conhecem e interagiram muito pouco. e quando ele faz uma merda enorme, ela perdoa ele com uma desculpa ridícula que ele dá kkkk (sem contar que ela esconde algo extremamente importante dele por meses e quando ela finalmente conta, ele age como se aquela atitude fosse ok).
me animei pra ler porque ele é vendido como sendo muito parecido com Gilmore Girls (que eu amo), mas isso me fez criar expectativas um pouco erradas pro livro. entendo os motivos da comparação, embora não concorde muito kkk.
apesar de tudo, gostei do livro. tem potencial pra ser uma leitura conforto e talvez funcione melhor com outras pessoas.
