Uma das primeiras peças do Bill e isso fica evidente logo, mas não é algo ruim, só mais espalhafatoso do que estou habituada. Henry VI quase não aparece na peça, um menino bobo até então. Os personagens reais são Talbot, o coitado deixado na França para resolver os problemas, e Joan De Pucelle, a conhecida por nós como Joana D'arc que é muito diferente aqui do que aquilo que imaginamos (ranço dos ingleses muito forte aqui).
