Apesar do título, o livro não é sobre como montar um argumento vencedor, fornecendo a melhor evidência e a melhor construção lógica. É muito mais sobre como conseguir o que você quer trabalhando a comunicação com os outros.
De forma sucinta, fala sobre a importância da preparação, de se ouvir e entender o outro. Não se deve evitar emoções e seu argumento deve ser pessoal e sincero.
Um bom livro, em alguns momentos repetitivo em certos pontos, mas que vale a pena ser lido.
