In the novel, Adie and Presha are two individuals who loved their freedom more than anything in life. Life takes a fascinating turn when they are bound together by the mystical feeling of love. They decide to be together for life in as impulsive way as they were doing several other things.

But only till the day when Adie tells her something which turned their life topsy-turvy.

Initially she brushed it aside, considering it to be a darker shade of love-over possessiveness of a husband.

But, can the feeling of possessiveness turn someone into a beast? This transformation of Adie from a contemporary man to a leery and controlling husband was blowing Presha's mind.

Will Presha change herself to appease her husband?

Had Presha actually changed after marriage or was Adie's notion about Presha a delusion?
