The Cross of San Vincente

Inspector Lubbock has no panda cars, no two-way radios, no computer screens to help him solve a case. He works with methods he trusts which have never yet failed him. Then, in the bitter winter of 1947, he is suddenly confronted with a murder which has all the hallmarks of a robbery gone wrong.
