Lady Angeline Dudley is about to make her come-out. Sheltered and living in the country, she is more of a hoyden than a debutante. She knows she will wed a titled wealthy man as befits her station as a duke’s sister, but she would rather have love. A stop at a posting inn brings her a hero, Edward Ailsbury, the new Earl of Heyward, who rescues her from unwanted advances and steals her heart.
