Nesse livro, Fredrik compartilha vivências, sentimentos, aflições, conselhos, lições e experiências a seu primeiro filho. Que coisa mais linda e preciosa! Recomendo muito a leitura para quem tem filhos (ou pretende um dia). Como não tenho facilidade para leitura em inglês, e por ser um livro de não ficção, foi um pouco arrastado para concluir.
