Joanie é uma humana que foi raptada e usada como cobaia de laboratório por aliens. Ela sofreu demais durante toda sua vida, quebrada de várias maneiras.
Nemon é um alien gigante com tentáculos, um kraken, que foi modificado em laboratório. Ele também sofreu demais, vivendo anos sozinho enquanto se escondia, até que ele encontra sua companheira.
Eu amei essa leitura porquê foi tão lindo ver a maneira que o relacionamento deles evoluiu. O Nemon é tão fofo e carinhoso, e a maneira curiosa e quase infantil dele é de derreter o coração. A ligação é instantânea, mas eles vão se conhecendo, se curando e se apaixonando cada vez mais aos poucos, e isso me ganhou demais.
Temos romance, hot, drama e ação, a escrita da autora é muito fluida. Se você curte alien e monster romance pode se jogar, tenho certeza que você também vai amar esse kraken fofo que vai fazer de tudo para estar com a mulher que preenche seus três corações com amor.
