O livro é ótimo em mostrar que trabalho não planejado, refatorações em débitos técnicos e falta de comunicação e silos organizacionais são vilões que prejudicam a produtividade de times ágeis.
Ponto negativo é que o livro parece não se aprofundar em porque se quer usar métricas de produtividade, qual a relevância dessas métricas para o sucesso do negócio.
