Uma boa surpresa...

Bonitinho demais!!!
Nem de longe esperava gostar tanto, mas se tornou um dos meus livros favoritos da autora (depois de "Tangled up e "No Mood", que, eu acho, gostei, principalmente, por terem sido os primeiros que li dela)...
Uma vez que você faz as pazes com a Rachel Gibson por ter o mesmo plot e, praticamente, a mesma construção de personagens, a vida fica mais fácil e dá pra aproveitar melhor as piadinhas e momentos divertidos.
Acho que é por isso que eu gostei tanto de "Lola", a situação é tão surreal, que quase parece mais plausível do que o que costumamos encontrar nos livros da Rachel. Max é um James Bond que, por mais incrível que pareça, me conquistou e divertiu.
Fora que o livro não tem aquele flashback e nostalgia, perdoando coisas bizarras e voltando pra ex's (não sou assim tão forgiving e me irrita profundamente a natureza bondosa desses personagens...).
Ah, e, é claro, a menção a minha amada Jane Austen, em um dos momentos mais engraçados do livro, só o fez ganhar pontos comigo...
