O início deste livro parecia como qualquer outro livro de YA, a história de uma menina que no último ano do ensino médio acontece algo que muda tudo e todos os planos em sua vida, mas à medida que a leitura avança você percebe que o livro consegue ir muito além dos clichês que apresenta na superfície, quanto mais fundo você vai na história, mais ele o surpreende.
É um livro muito rápido de ler, a escrita da autora é simples de uma forma que você consegue ler sem nem ver o tempo passar, adorei a escrita dela, ela consegue trazer informações que seriam difíceis de entender para uma linguagem fácil de ler.
A história em si, como eu disse, não é nada especial, se você prestar atenção poderá descobrir as reviravoltas da trama rapidamente, mas isso não tira a emoção de ver o personagem principal descobrindo por si mesma.
Achei a explicação que ela deu sobre os acontecimentos no final um pouco chata e é por isso que o livro não ganha 4 estrelas, mas fora isso eu recomendo o livro e mal posso esperar para ler mais da autora e sua escrita fluida, simples e rápida.
