    Coherent, concise, and to the point

    We all have heard tons and tons of different diets promising miraculous results in a determined period of time; the thing is, every one is trying to sell its own products and, unfortunately, most of them don’t care enough about the costumer in order to prioritize information rather than profit. .. What got my attention in the book is the simple but effective way in which James go through each of the topics. The reader will have a basic understanding of the main points regarding nutrition, training, industry myths and even philosophical arguments for those of us who may feel dispirited in pursuing our objectives. One may considerer the book as a conversation between friends. You know he’s not trying to sell stuff or behaving as a smart aleck for the simple purpose of burst its ego by showing off. .. It’s not a technical book but I would definitely recommend for everyone who wants a dynamic guide to lead you towards your goals in the fitness world.
