On March 16, 1968, an expeditionary unit of the 11th Brigade, 3rd Americal Infantry Division of Task Force Baker committed a massacre at Tinh Khe commune, Son Tinh district (now Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai city, Quang ngai province, Vietnam).
