Uma visão extremamente interessante da vida

A protagonista, Karen, nos oferece seus próprios olhos e pensamentos para enchegstmos a vida através dela. Herdeira de uma empresa de pesca de atuns, Karen, una mulher autista, saí do México para conquistar o mundo através de seu trabalho e pequenos éxitos de grande sucesso. Uma trajetória nuito divertida e peculiar que assume uma importante reflexão acerca da pesca predatória, das empresas de matadouros e ainda os conceitos de "morte sem sofrimento" por eles empregados.
Karen também faz uso da filosofia para compreender porque nós, seres humanos, nos julgamos melhores que os outros animais e nos achamos no direito de comê-los e sujugá-los a nossa vontade. Um livro interessante também para quem, além de querer outra percepção da vida e da felicidade, busca adentrar o vegetarianismo ou veganismo.

Super recomendo essa leitura, devorei o livro em dois dias e não em menos porque estava lendo um outro livro ao mesmo tempo.
