A arte de dar "tapas na cara" através dos séculos

Já gostava muito dessa história desde o remake animado da Disney (2009) intitulado "Os Fantasmas de Scrooge", porém nunca havia lido a obra original.
Gosto muito das muitas lições que o conto carrega (que ao mesmo tempo que nos estapeia, nos afaga) e do tom fantástico/místico que aborda o Natal. Confesso que, para um conto, existem algumas descrições muito extensas que acabam sendo cansativas, principalmente na leitura em inglês, mas ainda assim a leitura foi prazerosa. Aliás, achei a linguagem relativamente fácil para uma obra clássica.
O que mais me deixou reflexivo foi a linha tênue entre o infantil, infanto juvenil e o terror (risos). Muita gente pode não achar isso, mas nunca saberei em qual gênero encaixar definitivamente essa história e isso é MUITO BOM, pois faz o conto ter vida própria, podendo agradar pessoas diferentes em diferentes momentos de suas vidas.
