I’m in love with Tanith Lee! And with Anne Rice and Poppy Z. Brite. Tanith is a new favorite author of mine… It’s hard to put into words how much I love this book series, it’s like falling into a fever dream that’s just a little too beautiful and a little too dangerous.
I have to say, though, that the first two books were better (because they were really queer, hehe). But this one isn’t far behind.
Once again, Tanith proves she’s a fantasy genius, always way ahead of her time.
