Os Sullivans são tipo a familia Bridgerton contemporanea.

Neste livro conta a história de Zack que vai ter que cuidar de um filhote de cachorro da sobrinha e acaba contratando Heather para treinar o cachorro. Tanto Zack quanto Heather não acreditam no amor e não estão procurando um relacionamento; Mas a química entre eles é instantânea e embora eles tentem se manter afastados, ambos não são fortes o suficiente para lutar contra essas atração.
