Neste volume posterior acompanhamos um maior desenvolvimento individual em relação aos protagonistas, considerando que anteriormente os mesmos tenham sido explorados de maneira majoritariamente conjunta. Agora especialmente por tratar-se de uma narração fragmentada, foi possível aumentar consideravelmente o desdobramento desta mitologia fictícia cada vez mais intrigante, ainda que possua inúmeros momentos arrastados. Em suma, não foi em sua pluralidade uma experiência fluída e descomplicada, contudo ao finalizarmos notamos o quão indispensável este volume foi para o transcorrer da história — quebrando o paradigma comum de escritores transformarem o segundo volume como um peso morto em trilogias.
