eu tinha esse livro desde a época da faculdade, onde um professor de história recomendou sua leitura. ele não é um livro ruim, longe disso. traz todas as informações necessárias para se contar sobre o brasil desde a sua descoberta. eu, em especial, achei muitas vezes que todos os dados foram jogados dentro dos capítulos, sendo complicado assimilar tudo e montar uma linha cronológica na mente. ou talvez não seja o meu tipo de leitura.
