O encontro é irreversível

Meu primeiro contato com a escrita da Cusk, e devo admitir que não esperava muito desse livro. Logo de cara fiquei pensando que seria amor ou ódio; felizmente me surpreendi bastante.

Com um enredo relativamente simples, a autora explora as possibilidades em torno de uma personalidade intrigante e ao mesmo tempo maçante. M, a personagem principal, me causou certo incômodo desde o início. Talvez por não se propor a ser um personagem pronto, mas em construção. e é ao redor disso que a história vai se desenvolver. A leitura é como acompanhar de mãos atadas o seu percurso até o inesperado.
