Chocada estou!

Como assim o autor terminou o livro desse jeito? Isso não se faz, não depois de tudo que foi construído nos dois livros. Essa é uma série para crianças, ela não pode acabar assim, NÃO PODE! Ainda estou digerindo esse final e talvez minha nota mude por causa dele, isso não se faz, mas provavelmente não vou mudar, porque a história é muito boa, relevante e mais pessoas devem lê-la.
Meu lado bióloga fica tão feliz com uma série de livros voltada para o público infantil com uma temática ambiental tão forte. Amei como esse tema foi desenvolvido ao longo dos dois livros, e como os personagens humanos lutam ao lado da Willa para tentar parar com a derrubada das árvores pela madeireira. Também é bem interessante que ele mostra que não é só uma pessoa que deve lutar por essa causa, mas sim todos, pois todos estamos ligados e dependemos da natureza para sobreviver, mesmo aqueles que a destroem dependem dela. O livro também mostra que mesmo que uma pessoa sozinha não faça uma grande diferença, ela não deve desistir e sim tentar influenciar o maior número de pessoas a colaborarem com a causa.
Amei muito a série e acho ela super necessária, principalmente por ser um livro voltado para crianças, o que faz com que elas criem uma consciência ambiental de uma forma leve e descontraída. Uma leitura muito relevante que deveria ser feita por todos, super recomendo a série, mesmo que o final de "Willa of Dark Hollow" tenha me deixado bem chocada e até um pouco chateada.
