Uma viagem profunda na mente de Darius the great!

Quando comecei a ler o livro, imaginei que se trataria de uma história LGBT. Na verdade, acho que na Amazon tava listado em uma lista assim. Bom, tem uma pegada nesse sentido, se vc subentender algumas coisas, mas não é o foco mesmo.

O foco aqui é Darius, simplesmente isso. Trata-se sobre a depressão que atinge o personagem de forma crônica. Ou seja, não houve nenhum ponto de gatilho pra depressão acontecer, só umas coisas químicas que não funcionam muito bem na cabeça dele, como ele mesmo diz, rsrs.

A gente se apega muito com Darius. É muito fácil gostar dele e se preocupar com ele. Ele tem muitos complexos, muitos problemas familiares, principalmente com seu pai. Muitos problemas de identidade, de pertencimento.

E aí temos a relação dele com Sohrab, que é muito gostosa de acompanhar. São os pontos altos do livro, simplesmente amo! Eles são maravilhosos juntos. Tudo é muito sutil entre eles, e muito intenso!

Confesso que no começo do livro, estava um pouco desinteressado, mas agora estou muito curioso para ler a continuação!
