O livro é como um abraço apertado da inocência infantil, pois discute questões que somente crianças ousariam dispor-se da preocupação - como a responsabilidade afetiva para com uma flor, por exemplo. É um livro lindo por sua simplicidade complexa e sentimental, como se o leitor estivesse em uma conversa séria com uma criança. É simplesmente impactante.

Sobre a leitura em inglês, foi uma experiência. Não tenho um inglês muito avançado, então foi um desafio para mim (o qual acabou se provando bem fácil após ler a tradução em português, pois consegui relacionar tranquilamente as palavras que eu não conhecia em inglês à sua tradução). Não recomendo para iniciantes, mas se alguém quiser testar seu inglês assim como eu, é uma ótima dica. No mais, só me resta aprender francês para ler o livro em seu idioma original.
