    Uma forma interessante de ver a inovação

    Segundo o autor, podemos separar a inovação em duas visões, inovações de ruptura e inovações incrementais. Depois que empresas se tornam líderes em seus setores, muito provavelmente, as inovações que trarão para o mercado serão incrementais, isso as deixa sem mercado para as inovações de ruptura, que podem as tirar de suas posições de liderança no futuro. É um livro bem interessante sobre o tema, e por mais que seja somente sobre a ruptura, não podemos deixar de pensar nas duas
