Sempre que inicio a leitura de um livro da Sarah J. Maas me pergunto até onde ela irá, será que vou me surpreender? Será que vou achar tudo mais do mesmo? E, mais uma vez, ela superou todas as minhas expectativas. Escrevo esta resenha em meio a uma confusão de sentimentos, esse livro me arrebatou de tal forma que me faltam palavras para descrever o quão incrível foi essa jornada.

"Império de Tempestades" me apresentou personagens mais maduros, cenas maravilhosas e acontecimentos chocantes. Em nenhum momento imaginei que tais revelações acerca do universo de "Trono de Vidro" fossem mexer tanto comigo. Meu coração está profundamente triste e ansioso pelo próximo e último livro, será o fim de uma história épica que eu simplesmente não vou conseguir deixar para trás. Se você está em dúvida se deve ou não ler esse livro eu lhe digo: largue tudo o que está fazendo e comece a leitura agora mesmo. Manon, Rowan, Aedion, Dorian e Aelin te aguardam.
