Eu gostei da leitura. Luke e Anna são dois fofos. Eu adorei a ideia da autora de apresentar um herói vestido de acordo com a moda parisiense, no período anterior à Regência. Cabelos empoados (ao menos não era peruca e sim lindos cabelos longos), laços, saltos, maquiagem e rubis. Ah, sem falar nas cores vibrantes. Mas toda essa aparência efeminada e ar blasé é só aparência. Luke é um homem sedutor e viril, quanto a isso o livro não deixa a menor dúvida. Ele passou dez anos ressentido com a família e com a perda do amor de sua juventude, mas ao conhecer Anna, ele tem a oportunidade rever os eventos do passado com outros olhos. Contudo, Anna tem um segredo, e isso promove alguns momentos bem tensos, pois pessoas inescrupulosas não desejam a felicidade do casal. Enfim, um bom livro, mas eu acho que faltou algo...3.5/5 estrelas.
