Uma boa fantasia para ler no Kindle Unlimited

Eu mudei muito de opinião sobre esse livro enquanto eu lia. Ao mesmo tempo que eu amei alguns elementos, eu mudaria vários outros.
Rhapsodic começa com a Callie matando um homem muito poderoso que a abusava. Ela convoca o Bargainer (conhecido por resolver problemas através de pactos) para ajudá-la a desaparecer com o corpo, mas ele acaba o fazendo sem cobrar nada em troca. Eles desenvolvem uma amizade, de forma que ela acaba devendo vários favores a ele. A história se passa em duas timelines, onde vemos a Callie em fases diferentes da vida.
Eu gostei muito da escrita e dos monólogos da Callie (exceto os momentos em que ela ficava repetindo sobre a "inner siren", que foi super repetitivo). Eu amei o desenvolvimento da relação entre ela e o Bargainer, achei esse aspecto bem original, bem como o mistério que eles estão tentando solucionar nesse volume. A história é um pouco nostálgica pra mim porque me lembrou das fantasias urbanas que eu lia quando adolescente.
Os pontos negativos são que os flashbacks foram muito mais interessantes do que o presente e o final foi muito aleatório e corrido.
Acho que fãs de Richelle Mead, Sarah J. Maas e Holly Black iriam adorar esse!
