Poesia que não me afetou

Segundo livro de poesia bem comentado que tento ler este ano, mas para mim não rola. Os textos não me passam mensagem. Aqui o autor é um americano pobre, negro e homossexual e isso está em suas poesias, mas tudo me parecem frases jogadas, que não me trazem nenhuma mensagem. Até vejo que naquele texto estão diversas dores, desafios e vitorias e imagino que para muitos este livro seja sensacional, pois ganhou até um prêmio Pulitzer e o autor foi muito bem recebido na Feira do Livro em SP. Mas para mim simplesmente passou, sem me afetar. Gostaria muito de ter gostado!
