Esperava tanto desse livro, mas entregou pouco. Baseado na sinopse, pensei que seria uma história com uma gigantesca carga emocional, especialmente os capítulos que se passam em 2001, mas a narrativa da autora é quase apática. É uma escrita até boa, mas não o suficiente para que eu entendesse o amor avassalador entre os personagens. As partes que se passam no passado são bem melhores, e tem uma continuidade que as mais recentes não tem. Enfim, a história seria melhor aproveitada com uma escrita melhor.
