A Stormwatch team led by Cannon, and including his girlfriend Diva, are sent to the African country Rwanda to assist a group of refugees fleeing a tribal war. When Cannon makes a move to kill one of the oppressing soldiers there, Diva stops him. Meanwhile, Battalion sneaks onto Skywatch, while on a personal leave, so he could kill Despot, his father, to prevent him from destroying the future. However, he cannot force himself to do it.
