O plot twist é sempre sensacional!

The Heart of Betrayal, o segundo volume da trilogia que tô começando a respeitar!

Depois da viagem terrível, Lia não é mais a mesma e no reino de venda foi se tornando uma pessoa melhor e mais forte. No segundo volume da trilogia, a história de Lia fica mais emocionante em todos os sentidos. Em momento que sua vida, sua dignidade e sua força são postas à prova, ela consegue encontrar uma forma de encarar a situação com astúcia e inteligência. Apesar dos seus 17 anos sabe muito bem como se portar em todas as situações, ela tem uma capacidade incrível de resistir apesar de ser uma princesa que nasceu em berço de ouro, e diferente de Rafe e Kaden ela não teve nenhum tipo de treinamento, não podendo contar com a força bruta ela tá se mostrando uma guerreira de alto nível.

O enredo de The Heart of Betrayal é bem mais complexo e cheio de reviravoltas. Realmente me surpreendeu a continuação, gostei muito do desenvolvimento do enredo de forma que temos a chance de conhecer um pouco mais de cada um dos personagens principais apresentados no primeiro livro. E assim como Lia me apeguei a cada personagem de venda e suas histórias. Aster e Calantha são cativantes a sua maneira.

The Heart of Betrayal (2 volume) é tão bom quanto The Kiss of Deception (1 volume), por motivos completamente diferentes. A tal força feminina é bem real nesse livro.
