Isaak o maior de todos

Infelizmente não foi pra mim e eu acabei não gostando de grande parte do livro. Apesar de ser escrito de maneira epistolar, um tipo de narração que eu adoro, o começo foi bem chato e eu estava odiando o personagem principal, Jack (e a maioria dos outros também não estavam me agradando muito).
Quando o livro finalmente passou da metade, ele começou a me conquistar mais e eu estava me divertindo bastante com a história. A atmosfera é imersiva, principalmente agora durante o inverno e o Jack melhora bastante ao longo da narrativa. Gostei muito de acompanhar o desenvolvimento da relação dele com o cachorro e também os indícios de um romance que me deixaram curiosa (porém no final a autora exagerou nesse ponto e eu acabei achando tosco).
A história foi ficando cada vez mais tensa e uma ou duas cenas até me deixaram com um pouco de medo até que os últimos dois capítulos chegaram e acabaram com tudo que a autora tinha conseguido construir comigo. Eu não gostei do final. Acho que a autora tentou deixar menos previsível mas nesse caso eu até preferia o óbvio. Talvez eu também quisesse um final feliz.
