Calma, calma, vou explicar o que eu quis dizer com o titulo.

RPGs derivados de outras midias(filme,serie,livros,etc) tem sempre que escapar de uma armadilha: o sentimento de que todos os jogos vão ser copias da historia original.

Como jogar Senhor Dos Aneis, e as unica aventuras interessantes serem fazer algo como uma releitura da Irmandade do Anel, ou ser um soldado durante a guerra contra sauron...

Sem graça a não ser para os maiores fãs de Senhor dos Aneis que são rpgistas iniciantes.

Este livro infelizmente sofre do mesmo defeito. Não conseguiram expandir o cenário o suficiente para realmente se tornar um jogo de RPG completo.

Talvez em edições futuras isso possa ser remediado.

O sistema de criação de familias é até interessante, mas fica batendo no defeito mencionado acima. É dificil criar uma familia relativamente poderosa sem ter que dislocar alguma familia mencionada no livro, ou sem ter que ser uma dessas familias.
