A few detours along the way and the possibility of being lost in a London fog of wonderment aren’t enough to stop these two Sisterchicks! Each step of their regal journey is lined with evidence of God’s gracious compassion, and both come to realize that God knows their every wish. He is the One who planted every dream in their hearts.

And, oh, what a surprise awaits them when they return home!

Uma quase aventura na Inglaterra 🤭

De todos os livros que li dessa série até agora, esse foi o menos legal.
As personagens não são ruins. Elas não são incríveis também. São bem comuns e a amizade delas é também comum.
O que teve de muito bom foi o romance de Opal e Virgil. Foi fofo. Amei.
A aventura não foi exatamente uma aventura, foi uma viagem comum de turismo que não teve grandes contratempos e também nenhuma revelação espiritual. Isso foi o que mais fez falta.
Sei que a Robin tentou trazer a fé para esse livro, mas ela não teve destaque. Com certeza a descrição detalhada dos pontos turísticos na terra da rainha Elizabeth, roubaram a cena em todo o livro. Ainda assim, eu gostei. A escrita da Robin sempre me prende 🤭🤭
