Bem, no mangá a história segue [*****]rso introduzindo temas políticos (importantes pro desenrolar da trama, uma vez que o assunto desenvolvido é afeto à segurança nacional), porém no anime enfiaram um filler bem nada a ver pra tentar forçar o famoso harém que é característico do enredo ecchi (pura forçação de barra colocar o Takashi pra fugir com a Saeko sozinhos, mas ok)..
